Manos De Mujeres- Fair Trade/Organic Colombia - 

Origin: Colombia
Notes: Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut, Honey
Roast: Medium Dark 

This is a washed processed coffee from the Women's Coffee Producers program in Colombia. Manos de Mujeres is a sub-group of the Fundacion Agraria y Ambiental Para el Desarrollo Sostentible (FUDAM) which is an association of about 300 Rainforest Alliance-certified and Organic-certified growers. This high-elevation coffee (1600-2100 MASL) is of the Castillo and Caturra variety, which showcases a noticeably large bean. We really like how chocolaty this roast is, and does fantastic with several brewing methods,

Kayon Mountain Farm- Fair Trade/Organic Ethiopia - 

Origin: Ethiopia-Guji
Notes: Juicy Apple, Jasmine, Vanilla
Roast: Light Medium

These little organic gems are grown on the acacia tree shaded Kayon Mountain Farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia.  The natural processing has unlocked some sweet apple and floral like acidity with a drawn-out vanilla like finish. Its a versatile roast and you can get a great Espresso Romano out of it with a fresh slice of lemon or tart mandarin orange.

Lima Farm- Fair Trade/Organic Peru -

As the weather warms up its also going to be your cold brew pitchers friend for pepping your steps for whatever you day has in store. We have been looking for something to introduce as a dark roast and landed with this FTO (Fair Trade Organic) certified coffee from Peru.

This Fair-Trade Organic coffee is our first Smithsonian Bird Friendly® certified offering. Shade grown in Guatemalan volcanic soil is then harvested and processed by farmers who strive to ensure as little environmental impact as possible. It’s a true medium roast that’s both bright up front with a satisfyingly robust finish.

Morning Chirp-Bird Friendly® Certified/Organic Honduras -

Notes: Cocoa, Roasted Nuts, Dark Fruit
Roast: Medium Dark

Another fun addition to the Bird Friendly® Certified lineup. As with other forest canopy shade-grown coffees, the plants and fruits mature slower than sun-grown lots. This maintains a natural fertilization cycle and provides a more balanced ecosystem on the farm and a more balanced flavor in your cup. As you sit outside in the morning interpreting bird chirps, also enjoy how this smooth drinker changes flavor profiles as it cools.
