This washed process coffee is from the Women's Coffee Producers program in Colombia. Manos de Mujeres is a sub-group of the FUDAM which is an association of Rainforest Alliance-certified and Organic-certified growers. FUDAM cares for the communities of its members by holding agricultural trainings, supporting non-violence initiatives and advocating for women’s and children’s rights through programs.
This chocolatey roast does fantastic with several brewing methods, especially through an AeroPress or drip machine.

Fill your cup with with Trillium Trail and head for the Wuuds, to celebrate the spring-blooming trilliums found blanketing the floors of our Virginia forests.
This organic coffee is grown on the acacia tree shaded Kayon Mountain Farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia. The natural processing has unlocked some sweet apple and floral like acidity with a drawn-out vanilla like finish.
This is a versatile roast and you can get a great Espresso Romano out of it with a fresh slice of lemon or tart mandarin orange.

This Tabi variety is honey processed which includes a 22-hour fermentation after washing followed by a 50-hour fermentation after the cherries are pulped. This has brought out some delightfully sweet dark berry notes that transition wonderfully to a smooth hint of chocolate on the back end. You can enjoy this Bird Friendly® Certified coffee using virtually any brewing method.
