Sausage ship frozen - this requires ice packs, insulated packaging, and 2-day shipping. When the order ships, you will receive an email with tracking info. Please be sure to unpack, refrigerate, or freeze your order as soon as possible, especially in hot weather.

Perishables orders will only ship on Monday/Tuesday to avoid transit delays, and we typically need 1-2 business days for fulfillment. In other words, if you order late on a Monday, we will do our best to pack and ship it the next day, but it may not ship until the following Monday.
