Cranberry Chutney

Cranberry is our plump, apple-cheeked lady who wears aprons, adores the holidays and, unbeknownst to her friends, takes her annual vacations at a nudist colony in Pensacola.  This is a rich chutney given lots of character by dates and Florida orange zest – wonderful with blue cheese, poultry, and grilled meats.  Our chutneys are family-made in the blue hills of Virginia with our favorite spices, real fruit, and none of that funny stuff. 

This Thanksgiving staple is superior to jelly because it’s full of real whole fruit, cooked into a flavorful reduction.

Try it in a leftover turkey sandwich!

It pairs well with Cheddar or blues like Stilton and Roquefort.

Ingredients: Cranberries, Pure Cane Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Raisins, Onion, Ginger, Oranges, Garlic, Salt.
