Country ham and biscuits are delicious any time of the day! We've taken our Country Ham and cut each slice perfectly to fit on a fresh, hot biscuit. This is a thin and tender slice and a saltier cut. Do Not Be Alarmed If Your Products Arrive Warm. Broadbent Uncooked Country Ham is vacuum sealed in 8oz packages and does not require refrigeration. To achieve the ultimate quality and shelf life of the product, we recommend refrigerating this product for up to 6 months. This product is also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected daily, and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety product's ultimate quality and shelf life

This is Broadbent's best, fully cooked Country Ham, thinly sliced and ready to eat. Perfect to serve on biscuits, sandwiches, or rolls for occasions such as weddings, showers, brunches, and picnics. These also make for a tasty centerpiece on a Charcuterie Board!

SERVING SUGGESTION:
This bundle serves 4-6 per package. Broadbent cooked ham slices can be served hot, cold, or at room temperature.

TO HEAT SLICES:
1. Oven Method-Wrap in foil and place in a preheated 350-degree oven for 4 to 5 minutes.
2. Microwave Method-Cover slices in clear plastic wrap and heat for 30 to 45 seconds on medium setting.
Ham may be refrigerated in its original vacuum-sealed package for up to 3 months. This ham can also be frozen safely for up to 3 months by wrapping the package with freezer paper if the package has been opened.

Directions:  Heat Rolls, then layer from bottom to top beginning with the bottom of the Sister Shubert Roll;  Mustard, Country Ham, Smoked Cheese, Apple Slice, Lettuce, and top with the Roll Top.
